What is the UNLOADED (no GPIO pins loaded) current drain while running a program (like "Blink" to a
GPIO with no LED)? That is needed as a baseline for low power operation. Listing "Power down" current and the linear regulator "quiescent current" is about meaningless for a low-power app that needs to run continuously.
